Under high and low temperature cyclic shock, conduct high-precision continuous tests on the welded joints, connector joints, and circuit resistors, detect tiny changes in the resistance, automatically calculate the resistance change rate, and determine whether it meets the technical requirements to ensure product quality and reliability.


Independent temperature detection function

The test has 10 temperature measurement channels. It can enter the environmental test with the product and detect the temperature changes inside the chamber.

Test current in wide range

Select different models of test systems. The test current can be applied in the range of 1mA - 5A to meet different test requirements.

 

Principle

Apply a constant DC current to the resistor under test, and then accurately measure the voltage across the resistor. Calculate the resistance value according to Ohm's law. For the measurement of small resistors, two important factors affecting the measurement accuracy need to be considered: lead wire error and contact thermoelectric potential. For the lead wire error, the four - wire system is used to eliminate the lead wire resistance. For the influence of the thermoelectric potential of each contact in the measurement circuit, the positive - and - negative current alternating measurement method is adopted. Measure the voltage once with a forward current, then apply a reverse current and measure the voltage again. After calculating the two measured voltages, calculate the resistance value according to Ohm's law.
