Multiple sets of test modes can be established according to different test requirements, and different samples can be tested in 1 - 4 environmental test chambers.

The test voltage has six specifications: 300V, 500V, 1000V, 1500V, 2500V, and 3000V. It can be set arbitrarily from 1.0V to 3000V, and the positive and negative flipping of the bias voltage can be achieved during the test.
